Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging the services of Automation & Web Technologies, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and others who access or use our services. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Provision of Services
Automation & Web Technologies, LLC agrees to provide automation and web technology services as outlined in the client's specific Service Agreement or Statement of Work. Services will be performed with professional skill and care. Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or delays in client feedback/approval.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as specified in the Service Agreement. Depending on project scope, services may be billed on a recurring support basis or milestone basis, payable in advance. For one-time projects, a deposit may be required before work commences. Late payments may result in a suspension of services and/or incur late fees.
Any third-party platform costs (e.g., software subscriptions, hosting services, domain renewals, API usage fees) are the sole responsibility of the client and are paid directly to the respective provider. Automation & Web Technologies, LLC is not responsible for third-party billing beyond the agreed scope of implementation and support.
4. Client Obligations
The client agrees to provide Automation & Web Technologies, LLC with timely access to all necessary materials, data, and personnel required to perform the services. This includes access to website backends, software accounts, and relevant business systems. The client is responsible for the legality and accuracy of all content, materials, and information provided to Automation & Web Technologies, LLC.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all non-public information, including technical strategies, workflow data, and business operations, strictly confidential. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of any service agreement.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with written notice, typically 30 days, as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date. Automation & Web Technologies, LLC will cooperate in the transition of all project assets and data back to the client.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Automation & Web Technologies, LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
